    BEST PRACTICES, TRAINING, & TOOLS

Pulling from the Second First coaching framework, your cohort will have topics of focus each meeting in a workshop format, providing tools to immediately take back and implement in your business.

    SOLVE REAL BUSINESS PROBLEMS

We are smarter and faster together than as individuals. Together, your cohort will engage in roundtable discussions and pick a project quarterly that solves a business problem the group is experiencing. Examples of projects include: Employee retention and engagement, AI use cases and security concerns, effective KPIs and accountability, and creating scalable processes.
Members can expect about 3-5 hours of prework prior to each meeting.

    BUSINESS DEEP DIVES & BENCHMARKING

While members come from different industries, we confidentially look at various key financial and operational metrics. Our goal is to constantly be increasing efficiency & productivity, growing revenue and most importantly, growing EBITDA.
